  One of the best and famous Albergues on the french way to Santiago. Such a friendly wellcome, nice rooms, very clean bathrooms ... a perfekt Albergue. I hope, I`m able to stay there again ☺

  NOT vegetarian friendly. The albergue was fine and it has a nice view, but foodwise it's poor. Positive point: they open the bar at 5:30am for breakfast. BUT if you are vegetarian, run away from here, the only option will be salad and pimentos. The night I stayed, had a "menu of the day" with meat. I offered to order sth else and pay the difference but the responsible said I would have to order everything separately - and it would cost me 50% more. I understand some restaurants have the "menu of the day" already set up and for this reason it doesn't make sense to do this kind of exchange since it would be more work, but it wasn't the case here. He just didn't care. And it would have been something so simple....

  Great albergue with great bathrooms where the shower cubes are large enough to get changed in and separate male and female bathrooms. Plug sockets for each bed and a bar and good food, what more could you ask for?

  Nicely located at the top end of the village: extra effort to arrive but worth it: fresh air and smooth departure in the morning.

  Dorms are not too big (12 beds good mattress ) the dorm upstair where we slept seem more comfortable ?
